The setting is good, it's close enough to the stadium for football or concerts, and the post office. Also, we both truly enjoyed Etihad Stadium, located within easy walking distance of the hotel.

We really got great value for our money at Arena House. The room was clean, quiet, and exactly what we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the football ground, and we even had off-street parking. Kevin, the owner, was incredibly accommodating and even mailed my forgotten toothbrush back to me. We will definitely stay here again!

It was fairly clean place, staff were friendly, and I truly enjoyed my immaculate room. The location was great and amazing to the post office in central Manchester and the atmosphere was QUIET. There was Tony's Chippy nearby to grab something to eat. It was a fab experience.
